Movement is life, this is a fundamental keys to remaining healthily active and sustaining youthfulness. Long periods of little movement lead to mobility based issues. This pillar to health entourages us to maintain limber muscles along with flexibility of the joints through exercise and movement.

Stability

Resilient joints, bones, muscles keep the body strong throughout life. To resist injury the body must have the strength to meet the demands of the day. Stability is also vital to maintain static and dynamic postures we experience daily so that there is sufficiently balanced muscle tension throughout the body.

Nutrition

Diet is one of the biggest influence on health! We know this by It's effects on weight management, aging, disease prevention, and many other features of health. By being mindful of the types of foods and how much we eat, we can have a tremendous impact on health as a whole.

LifeStyle

The way that a person or group of people live have a powerful impact on their well-being. Paying close attention to personal growth along with factors such as having pursuits that one can be excited about and maintaining healthy relationships are important to quality of life and longevity.

Recovery

From physical stress to emotional stress, rest and recovery from time to time is very important. Routine attention to the four other pillars along with allowing the tissues to heal, whether that be by adding adequate hydration, massage, meditation, and abstaining from harmful habits (ie smoking or excessive drinking).
